研究方向 长期从事蛋白聚糖生物学研究,在世界上率先开展海洋微生物来源糖胺聚糖降解酶研究,并在糖胺聚糖及蛋白聚糖生物学,药用糖胺聚糖及类似物的分离纯化、结构鉴定和构效关系研究等方面有丰富研究经验,取得了一系列国际领先的研究成果。已在J. Cell Biol.,Chem. Sci.,J. Biol. Chem.,Ana. Chem.,Dev. Cell等相关国际著名期刊上发表系列蛋白聚糖生物学相关论文。
目前研究方向主要包括:
生物来源新型多糖特别是糖胺聚糖降解酶的发现鉴定、催化机制、分子酶学改造与应用研究;
糖胺聚糖构效关系研究及相关医药产品的研发;
基于新型酶和探针的糖相关新型分析检测技术研发和应用;
细胞表面蛋白聚糖在胚胎发育和癌变过程中的细胞信号转导调控机制研究。
科研项目 曾承担和参与日本文部省、加拿大CIHR支持的各类科研项目十余项。近五年主持和承担包括863计划(2012AA021504,负责人)、973重大专项(2012CB822100,骨干)、国家自然科学基金(31570071,负责人)、山东省科技计划(2013GSF12106,2018GSF121002负责人)等多个国家及省部级课题。
