Recently, Prof.Jian Gao's research group has made research progress in the synthesis of rare oligosaccharide antigens in bacteria, and achieved the total synthesis of the O-antigen tetraosaccharide and triosaccharide repeat unit of the serum types lippolysaccharide of Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27577, O10 and O19.
